WHAT IS A SUBSCRIPTON?
A subscription is a payed period of time in which you are able to download certain products | Joomla Extensions and will receive support for those.
Anyhow the support is limited to one domain.
CAN I INSTALL MY EXTENSIONS ON MULTIPLE DOMAINS?
For sure you can. But we only provide support for one domain.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY EXTENSIONS? CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK?
During the first 30 days after your purchase we offer a refund. All we request is to remove our commercial extensions and delete whatever you downloaded from us with the refunded subscription.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT AFTER MY PURCHASE TO GET MY EXTENSIONS?
You don't have to wait. Log in (or relog into) our website and you will be able to download your extensions from the extension's download pages. You don't need to wait for any approval or mail from us. As soon the payment was received by our system your subscription is active.
ALL UPGRADES AND SUPPORT IS FREE?
Yes, all upgrades and support (limited to one domain) is included in your subscription. Once your subscription expires, you will still be able to use and install the purchased extension, but you will not be able to get any further upgrade or free support until you renew the subscription.
WHERE DO I GET THE UDATES?
You will receive a notification by mail when we release a new version of any extension the is included in your subscription. You can download them from the provided link in the mail (remember, you need to be logged in) or from the extensions's download pages.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE CODE?
Yes, we provide Open Source Code. But we don't provide any support for modified code.
